We offer free shipping on all orders.

Our delivery time usually ranges from 1 to 5 working days. The delivery time depends on the type of product and, in some cases, the destination of the delivery. The estimated delivery time for each product is indicated on the product page.

Return
You can easily register a return for an item through our customer portal. It is not necessary to have an account.

Select your order and choose to return.
Please state your reason.

Upon reviewing your return request, you will receive detailed instructions via email on how to return your order.

All products sold by us are covered by the minimum legal warranty of 2 years. At this moment, that is the only warranty our products have.

Damage due to weather conditions is not covered by the warranty, as the product is not broken and functions well. Contact your insurance to resolve such issues.
