- Standard shipping: Free for all orders.
International:
- The shipping costs for international orders vary by destination and are displayed during the checkout process.
Delivery times
Within the Netherlands & Belgium:
- Standard delivery time: 1-3 working days. Orders placed before 11:00 PM will be processed and shipped the same day.
Holidays and special periods:
- During busy periods such as holidays, the delivery time may be longer than usual. We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible and will inform you of any delays.
Shipping Partners
We work together with reliable shipping partners such as PostNL, DHL, Packs, and DPD to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time.
Track orders
Track & Trace:
- As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace number. This allows you to track the status of your shipment.
Change delivery address
Before shipping:
- If you want to change the delivery address before your order has been shipped, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at info@koopjesvoorjou.nl.
After shipping:
- Once your order has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the delivery address anymore. Any adjustments must be arranged directly with the shipping partner.
Delivery problems
Lost or damaged shipments:

Not home at delivery:
- If you are not home at the time of delivery, the shipping partner will leave a notification with information about a new delivery attempt or a pickup point.
