Dankzij de hamburgermachine kun je in een paar stappen perfect gevormde hamburgerschijven maken. De hamburgerpers is speciaal ontworpen voor professioneel gebruik en kan eenvoudig worden geïntegreerd in elke productieketen.
Je kunt sappige hamburgers maken van gehakt, vis of groenten. Vul de container met de benodigde ingrediënten, die worden vervolgens gevormd tot een uniform burger dankzij de exacte vorm van de pers. De behuizing is gemaakt van gietaluminium en de onderdelen die in contact komen met voedsel zijn gemaakt van hoogwaardig roestvrij staal. De hamburgermachine is zeer robuust en bijzonder duurzaam, zelfs bij intensief, veeleisend gebruik.
De hamburgermaker wordt handmatig bediend met een eenvoudig hefboommechanisme. Door de hendel op te tillen kan de burger eenvoudig uit de machine gehaald worden. Dankzij de meegeleverde scheidingsbladen blijven de burgers niet aan elkaar plakken. Alle losse onderdelen van de hamburgermachine zijn moeiteloos schoon te maken. Door de kleine afmetingen is de hamburgermaker zeer ruimtebesparend en dankzij de anti-slip rubberen pootjes is hij op alle werkbladen te gebruiken.
